  • Mantis has binocular stereo vision with depth perception and three-dimensional structure. The unique visual acuity of the insect from tropical habitats became the core inspiration for the brand name and logo of Mantis Pictures.

We designed the logo in the form of Mantis’s eyes with the smallest units of digital images, also representing M - the first letter of the name Mantis. MAROG developed the brand’s visual identity and design materials based on the logo form using pixelated elements. We also chose the brand palette, consisting of black and white as primary colors and several secondary colors that serve as a basis for the further development and communications of the Mantis brand. While black and white represent the brand’s excellence in performance, as well as its agile and minimalist mindset, the secondary colors combine the imaginative and innovative features of the brand, also representing the natural surroundings of mantises. 

The brand communication is livened up with the “Hunt the imagination” tagline, serving as an impulse to catch visual aspirations with Mantis Pictures.
